Many thanks for offering your accommodation to UCD students/staff.

To help protect both landlords and students from online scams, University College Dublin (UCD) has partnered with the specialist accommodation verification company SecureProp.com. As part of this process, SecureProp will verify your landlord ID and proof of address. Please visit the SecureProp website to begin your verification: Start Verification

You can either complete the process using the ID-Pal app or click “Contact Us” on the SecureProp website to have a member of their team assist you directly. Once the verification is complete, your advert will be listed on UCD Studentpad.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Once registered, you can start advertising property(ies) on this website. You will also have unlimited access to the Controlpad, our latest web based property management software.
